Luciane Pereira                                               Graduate Student

Hello! My name is Luciane Pereira. I am a second year graduate student at Stony Brook University. I graduated in May 2003 with a B.S. in Psychology from Saint Peter’s College. I am interested in studying explicit memory in normal humans. My current research focuses on the influence of prior collaboration on subsequent individual memory. Specifically, I am interested in whether prior group discussion of each item will improve, hinder or have no affect on the rate of hits, false alarms and hits minus false alarms measured in individual recognition.

If you have any further questions about my work here at Stony Brook University, or if you would like to view my previous work at Saint Peter’s College, please visit my personal website: www.studiopasarin.com/luciane
